The Medical Physics and Data Analytics Cluster (MP DAC) combines the expertise of UBC Okanagan Statisticians and Medical Physicists with BC Cancer Agency Centre for the Southern Interior and Interior Health Authority Medical Physicists to apply novel approaches to the investigation of radiation therapy response and cancer imaging, with the goal of improving cancer treatment delivery for the effect of more cures.
Support from the Office of the Vice Principal (Research) of UBC Okanagan funds the stipends of the graduate and post doctoral trainees in MPDAC. Funding announcement here. Our trainees are completing Medical Physics or Mathematics programs at UBC Okanagan.
